Maintenance
Before submitting a maintenance request, please review the checklist below:
A/C Not Working:
Please ensure your thermostat is set to “AUTO” (not “ON”). Confirm that your air filter has been recently replaced and that the outside condenser unit has been rinsed/cleaned at least once within the past year. When submitting your work order, be sure to include clear photos of the thermostat and the current filter.
Lights Flickering or Not Working:
Please replace the light bulb before submitting a maintenance request, as this is often the cause of the issue.
Garbage Disposal Not Working:
Try pressing the reset button located on the bottom of the disposal. You can also follow troubleshooting steps in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xX8mI4obFNw
Outlets or Lights Not Working:
Locate all GFCI outlets (commonly found in kitchens, bathrooms, and garages) and press the reset button to see if this resolves the issue.
Please note: Failure to complete the above troubleshooting steps prior to submitting a maintenance request may result in chargebacks if it is determined that the issue could have been resolved by following the provided instructions.
